Savory Baked Haddock


  • 1 1/2 lbs haddock fillet
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp dry minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • dash of paprika
  • lemon wedges


  • Preheat oven to 350. Rinse fish with cold water and pat dry.
  • Arrange fish in buttered baking dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, minced onion, lemon juice, and thyme. Spread mixture over fish.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until top is brown and fish is flaky. Garnish with paprika, parsley and lemon wedges.
