Curbside Service and Home Delivery

For your convenience, and to alleviate crowding, we will continue to offer curbside pick-up, and residential delivery (details below).

Curbside Pickup: How it works

  • Visit our Online Store and place your items in the shopping cart.
  • Fill out your billing information in the checkout, and select Local Pickup as your shipping method.
  • Choose your pickup date and time slot from the available choices (No slots will be available within at least an hour of your order time). Under normal demand, same-day online orders cut off at 3:30p (when we close at 5p. Online cut-off is 2:30p when we close at 4p). Some days and/or time slots may be unavailable due to demand.
  • Enter your credit card information. Click the Place Order button. 
  • Note your order number. You'll receive an email receipt (We cannot print your receipt). You'll also receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
  • Upon arrival at the store, TEXT us at (207) 569-3681 with your order number and a brief description of your car. 
  • A retail clerk will deliver your order to your vehicle.

Local Delivery: How it works

  • Local Home Delivery is only available Dec 22, 23, and 24, 2021, depending on staffing availability and demand. Time Slots or days may be limited at any time due to high demand.
  • $10 fee per order, $100 order minimum please.
  • Only available in the following towns: Portland (04101, 04102, 04103), South Portland (04106), Cape Elizabeth (04107), Scarborough (04074), Falmouth (04105), Yarmouth (04096), Cumberland Foreside (04110).

  • Delivery will typically occur between 1p-5p. Driver will leave your package at your door. 
  • For delivery to the Casco Bay Islands, please call us to place your order (207-775-0251 x4), and allow 24 hours notice.
  • If you wish to have a special order delivered, please call us (207-775-0251 x1) to talk about your order!

FedEx Shipping: How it works

  • We will deliver via FedEx priority overnight to anywhere in the continental US.
  • Visit our Online Store and place your items in the shopping cart.
  • Fill out your billing and shipping information in the checkout, and your FedEx shipping cost (handling included) will appear with your shipping method options.
  • Choose your delivery date and time slot from the available choices. Priority overnight usually delivers by 10:30a the next day, but with recent high worldwide shipping demand, FedEx is not guaranteeing date or time of delivery.
  • Enter your credit card information. Click the Place Order button. 
  • You'll receive an email receipt confirming your order. You'll also receive an email containing tracking information when your order is shipped.
