Delivery and Pickup Options

For your convenience, you can order your fresh seafood to get delivered by FedEx or UPS anywhere in the continental US, to pick up locally, to get delivered locally, and of course, you can walk in to either of our locations in Portland or Scarborough. Please read through the details below for your delivery method.

  • We will deliver via FedEx Priority Overnight or UPS Next Day to anywhere in the continental US.
  • Visit our Online Store and place your items in the shopping cart.
  • Fill out your billing and shipping information in the checkout.
  • Your shipping cost (packaging and handling included) will appear with your shipping method options.
    • See each carrier’s policies for delivery guarantees to your specific location.
      • In some cases, carriers may suspend delivery guarantees due to weather or other factors. We’ll try to keep you updated if your order is at risk, but please check with your carrier for details.
  • Choose your delivery date and time slot from the available choices. 
  • Enter your credit card information. Click the Place Order button. 
  • You’ll receive two emails:
    • The first is your receipt.
    • The second will contain tracking information when your order is shipped.
  • Visit our Online Store and place your items in the shopping cart.
  • Fill out your billing information in the checkout.
  • Select Local Pickup as your shipping method.
    • Local Pickup is currently only available at our Portland location at 9 Custom House Wharf.
  • Choose your pickup date and time slot from the available choices.
    • No slots will be available within at least an hour of your order time.
    • Same-day online orders:
      • Monday – Saturday: cut off at 3:30pm 
      • Sunday: cut-off is 2:30pm
    • Some days and/or time slots may be unavailable due to demand.
  • Enter your credit card information. Click the Place Order button. 
  • Note your order number.
  • You’ll receive two emails:
    • The first is your receipt (We cannot print your receipt).
    • The second is a notification when your order is ready for pickup.
  • Upon arrival at the store, come in and ask any clerk for your order!
