Savory Baked Haddock
Ingredients

lbs
haddock fillet
salt and pepper to taste
1/2
tsp
dry mustard
1/2
cup
mayonnaise
1
tsp
dry minced onion
1/2
tsp
thyme
1
tsp
lemon juice
2
tbsp
chopped parsley
dash of paprika
lemon wedges
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Rinse fish with cold water and pat dry.
Arrange fish in buttered baking dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, minced onion, lemon juice, and thyme. Spread mixture over fish.
Bake for 25 minutes or until top is brown and fish is flaky. Garnish with paprika, parsley and lemon wedges.
