Nick's Lobster Stew

Ingredients
  

  • 3 1 lb live lobsters
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 pint cream
  • 1/8 cup sherry
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Boil lobsters, cool and remove meat, saving the totally.
  • Simmer tomally in butter and add lobster meat cut into fairly large pieces, add paprika and sherry. Cook for 10 minutes.
  • Add cream slowly, stirring constantly. Salt & pepper to taste.
