Nick's Lobster Stew
- 3 1 lb live lobsters
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 pint cream
- 1/8 cup sherry
- salt & pepper to taste
- Boil lobsters, cool and remove meat, saving the totally.
- Simmer tomally in butter and add lobster meat cut into fairly large pieces, add paprika and sherry. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Add cream slowly, stirring constantly. Salt & pepper to taste.
