Nick's Lobster Stew
Ingredients
3
1 lb
live lobsters
1/2
stick
butter
1
tbsp
paprika
1
pint
cream
1/8
cup
sherry
salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Boil lobsters, cool and remove meat, saving the totally.
Simmer tomally in butter and add lobster meat cut into fairly large pieces, add paprika and sherry. Cook for 10 minutes.
Add cream slowly, stirring constantly. Salt & pepper to taste.
