Chris' Maple Baked Haddock

Servings: 2 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 lb haddock
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup less or more to taste
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp bread crumbs
  • 1/4 tsp paprika

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425
  • Butter the bottom of casserole dish, place fish in the dish.
  • Mix remaining ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Spread on top of the fish.
  • Bake for 35 minutes. Enjoy!
