Ingredients

haddock

cup
sour cream

pure maple syrup
less or more to taste

tsp
lemon juice

tbsp
bread crumbs
1/4
tsp
paprika
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425
Butter the bottom of casserole dish, place fish in the dish.
Mix remaining ingredients together in a bowl.
Spread on top of the fish.
Bake for 35 minutes. Enjoy!
