Ingredients
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- melted butter
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 1/2 lbs raw shrimp ini shell
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Put celery, seasonings, wine, and water into a saucepan, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes. Add shrimp, cover, and simmer 5 minutes longer. Remove the shrimp and save the stock for use in other shrimp recipes. Serve shrimp in the shell with melted butter for dipping.
