Stuffing with Crabmeat for Sole or Flounder

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb fresh crabmeat
  • 1/4 cup quality mayonnaise
  • 1 egg lightly beaten
  • 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic pressed
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning or your favorite blend
  • 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs or panko
  • dash of cayenne

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients except egg, crab, and breadcrumbs. Fold in egg, crabmeat, and bread crumbs just enough to combine. Let chill in fridge for 30 minutes or overnight.

Notes

A generous a amount of stuffing for 2 lbs of fish.
