Ingredients
- 1/2 lb fresh crabmeat
- 1/4 cup quality mayonnaise
- 1 egg lightly beaten
- 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic pressed
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning or your favorite blend
- 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs or panko
- dash of cayenne
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients except egg, crab, and breadcrumbs. Fold in egg, crabmeat, and bread crumbs just enough to combine. Let chill in fridge for 30 minutes or overnight.
Notes
A generous a amount of stuffing for 2 lbs of fish.
