Stuffing with Crabmeat for Sole or Flounder
Ingredients

fresh crabmeat
1/4
cup
quality mayonnaise
1
egg
lightly beaten
1/2
tsp
fresh lemon juice
1
tsp
garlic
pressed
1
tsp
Old Bay seasoning or your favorite blend
1/4
tsp
Worcestershire sauce
1/4
cup
breadcrumbs or panko
dash of cayenne
Instructions
Blend all ingredients except egg, crab, and breadcrumbs. Fold in egg, crabmeat, and bread crumbs just enough to combine. Let chill in fridge for 30 minutes or overnight.
Notes
A generous a amount of stuffing for 2 lbs of fish.
