Sardines and Avocado Toast


  • 2 slices bread toasted
  • 1 avocado ripe
  • 1 can spanish sardines we carry them in store!
  • 1/2 lemon zested and juiced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • chili flakes to taste


  • In a small bowl, mash together avocado, olive oil from the canned sardines, lemon juice and zest, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
  • Toast 2 slices of your preferred bread. Place mashed avocado mixture onto bread. Top with the sardines and a sprinkle of chili flakes if you enjoy an extra kick!
