Sardines and Avocado Toast
- 2 slices bread toasted
- 1 avocado ripe
- 1 can spanish sardines we carry them in store!
- 1/2 lemon zested and juiced
- salt and pepper to taste
- chili flakes to taste
- In a small bowl, mash together avocado, olive oil from the canned sardines, lemon juice and zest, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
- Toast 2 slices of your preferred bread. Place mashed avocado mixture onto bread. Top with the sardines and a sprinkle of chili flakes if you enjoy an extra kick!
