Garlic Broiled Salmon

  • 4 8 ounce portions of Wester Ross salmon skin removed
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 8 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 4 cloves garlic sliced


  • Heat broiler. Place salmon on a rimmed baking sheet.
  • Drizzle salmon with olive oil and season with salt, pepper and paprika.
  • Place thyme sprigs and sliced garlic on top of salmon.
  • Broil until salmon is opaque, 8-10 minutes
