Asian Style Mignonette for Oysters
- ¼ cup rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon dry Sherry
- dash of cayenne if you like spice!
- Blend all ingredients and spoon onto raw oysters.
