Grilled Salmon Caesar Salad

  1. Place salmon in shallow dish. Pour Caesar dressing over fish. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour, turning once
  2. Remove fish from marinade, set aside. Coat grill rack with oil. Place fish on grill.
  3. Grill, brushing with fresh caesar dressing and turning once, just until fish begins to flake when tested with a fork, about 8-10 minutes on each side.
  4. To serve, cut fish into 6 serving-size pieces. Toss lettuce with caesar dressing. Place fish on bed of dressed lettuce. Add desired amount of parmesan and croutons.
