Ingredients
- 4 salmon steaks
- caesar dressing desired amount
- 2 heads romaine lettuce
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- croutons
Instructions
- Pat salmon dry. Brush caesar dressing over fish. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour, turning once.
- Coat grill rack with oil. Place fish on grill.
- Grill, brushing with fresh caesar dressing and turning once, just until fish begins to flake when tested with a fork, about 8-10 minutes on each side.
- To serve, cut salmon steak in half. Toss lettuce with caesar dressing and parmesan cheese. Place salmon steak on bed of dressed lettuce. Add desired amount of croutons.

I am trying this for dinner at 5:30 pm.
I am making the croutons with non-GMO sourdough bread.
I tossed them in a plastic ziplock with Lawrey’s garlic salt, Italian herbs (dried), and a good splash of olive oil.
Then cooked them (turning once) in an air fryer until pleasantly golden.
Sounds great!
