Kelp Pesto

Ingredients

  • 1 or 2 kelp cubes adding more kelp cubes gives you a more nutritionally dense pesto, as well as an earthier flavor!
  • 1/2 cup toasted pine nuts
  • 3 garlic cloves peeled
  • 1/4 cup pecorino
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup basil (packed cups)

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into food processor. Blend until the desired consistency is reached.
