Fresh Opah (aka Moonfish)

Description

Always high quality, we source our Opah from both Atlantic and Pacific Oceans. This is “top loin,” from the dorsal part of the fish. It’s similar in texture to swordfish, but with a more buttery flavor and finish. Not an overly strong taste. Steaks usually run .75 to 1.25 lbs. Please allow for variance.
