Faroe Island Salmon are penned in fast-moving clean ocean water, given lower volumes of contaminant-free feed, and contain no antibiotics. And being farm-raised, they reduce pressure on wild salmon stocks. Salmon steaks are perfect for the grill, as they cook evenly, and are easy to handle. Be aware, salmon steaks contain pinbones (which soften with cooking) as well as a center bone.
