1/2cupmayonnaisePreferably Hellmann's
1/2cupnon-fat Greek yoghurt
1tsplemon juice
1tspolive oil
1tsptarragoncrushed
Instructions
Chunk up the lobster meat and mix with lemon juice, olive oil and tarragon. Marinate about 10-15 minutes.
Mix together the yoghurt and mayonaisse.
Add remaining ingredients to the lobster meat. Mix in a little of the mayo/yoghurt blend at a time until you reach your desired consistency. Don't over do it!
