Combine the milk and one tablespoon salt. Dip fish fillets into milk, then into bread crumbs. Place in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp melted butter. Brown quickly in a 500 degree oven for 10-20 minutes.
Lightly brown the almonds in remaining butter. After the almonds are golden, pour off butter into a cup, add lemon juice and a pinch of salt. Stir until well blended.
When ready to serve, spread almonds over the fish and pour the lemon juice and butter over all.
