Bluefish with Tomatoes and Basil

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs bluefish fillet
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 3 ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped or 1 tbsp dried
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Place fillets in baking dish and add all other ingredients. Bake in 350 oven for 15 minutes. Serve with rice.
