Crabmeat Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 6 medium sized mushrooms
- 1 Harbor Fish Market crab cake
- 6 tbsp Pepper Jack Shredded Cheese
- sprinkles of Smoked Hot Paprika
Instructions
- Heat oven to 375.
- Scoop out stems and scrap out insides of the mushrooms. You can save the scrapings for future use in soups, stuffings, etc.
- Fill each mushroom cap with equal amounts of the crab cake. Cover each with the cheese. Cook for about 15 minutes or until cheese is golden.
