Crabmeat Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

medium sized mushrooms
1
Harbor Fish Market crab cake
6
tbsp
Pepper Jack Shredded Cheese
sprinkles of Smoked Hot Paprika
Instructions
Heat oven to 375.
Scoop out stems and scrap out insides of the mushrooms. You can save the scrapings for future use in soups, stuffings, etc.
Fill each mushroom cap with equal amounts of the crab cake. Cover each with the cheese. Cook for about 15 minutes or until cheese is golden.
