Bluefish with Tomatoes and Basil

Ingredients

bluefish fillet

white wine

cup
chicken broth

ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1/4
cup
fresh basil, chopped or 1 tbsp dried
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Place fillets in baking dish and add all other ingredients. Bake in 350 oven for 15 minutes. Serve with rice.
