Increasingly hard-to-find, our North Atlantic crabmeat* is fresh cooked and hand-picked, and of a high quality you won’t find anywhere else. We use it for crabcakes, crab rolls, fresh sushi, or as part of a stuffing. Simply put, there’s nothing else like it.
*Occasionally, we have to substitute our local U.S. crab meat with high-quality Canadian crab meat due to high demand.
