Holiday Pre-Orders (Local Pickup)
We strongly recommend pre-ordering your holiday seafood with us! Walk-in quantities may be limited or out-of-stock. Pre-Orders may be picked up at our Portland store through 12/22. On 12/23 and 12/24 pickup is at our Holiday Pre-Order Pickup Location (see map).
- Visit our Online Store and place your items in the shopping cart.
- Fill out your billing information in the checkout, and select Local Pickup as your shipping method. Choose your pickup date and finish checking out.

- Local Pickup & Local Delivery:
- Dec 22, 23 & 24: 11am Sunday Dec 21
- Dec 28 – 31: Midnight the day prior
- Fedex or UPS Delivery
- Delivery on Dec 23 & 24: Midnight on Friday Dec 19

Holiday Pre-Order Pickup Location
On December 23rd, and 24th, your local pickup pre-order must be picked up at our holiday pickup location, at 416 Holyoke Wharf, Portland, ME 04101.
Call us at 207-775-0251 with specific questions.
- We will deliver via FedEx Priority Overnight or UPS Next Day to anywhere in the continental US.
- Visit our Online Store and place your items in the shopping cart.
- Fill out your billing and shipping information in the checkout.
- Your shipping cost (packaging and handling included) will appear with your shipping method options.
- See each carrier’s policies for delivery guarantees to your specific location.
- In some cases, carriers may suspend delivery guarantees due to weather or other factors. We’ll try to keep you updated if your order is at risk, but please check with your carrier for details.

- Enter your credit card information. Click the Place Order button.
- You’ll receive two emails:
- The first is your receipt.
- The second will contain tracking information when your order is shipped.

- Fill out your billing information in the checkout.
- Select Local Pickup as your shipping method.
- Local Pickup is currently only available at our Portland location at 9 Custom House Wharf.
- Choose your pickup date and time slot from the available choices.
- No slots will be available within at least an hour of your order time.
- Same-day online orders:
- Monday – Saturday: cut off at 3:30pm
- Sunday: cut-off is 2:30pm
- Some days and/or time slots may be unavailable due to demand.
- Enter your credit card information. Click the Place Order button.
- Note your order number.
- You’ll receive two emails:
- The first is your receipt (We cannot print your receipt).
- The second is a notification when your order is ready for pickup.
- Upon arrival at the store, come in and ask any clerk for your order!
- Local Home Delivery is only available on limited days, depending on staffing availability and demand.
- $12 fee per order, $75 order minimum please.
- Only available in the following towns/zip codes:
