Curbside Service and Home Delivery

In order to best support the health of our community, we will continue to offer curbside pick-up and residential delivery (details below), though we will no longer be allowing physical access inside our retail store. Our new hours for these services will be:

Tuesday-Saturday, 9a-5p
Sunday, 9a-4p

Curbside Pickup: How it works

  • Visit our Online Store and place your items in the shopping cart.
  • Fill out your billing information in the checkout, and select Local Pickup as your shipping method.
  • Choose your pickup date and time slot from the available choices (No slots will be available within at least an hour of your order time). Under normal demand, same-day online orders cut off at 3:30p (when we close at 5p. Online cut-off is 2:30p when we close at 4p). Some days and/or time slots may be unavailable due to demand.
  • Enter your credit card information. Click the Place Order button. 
  • Note your order number. You’ll receive an email receipt (We cannot print your receipt). You’ll also receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
  • Upon arrival at the store, TEXT us at (207) 569-3681 with your order number and a brief description of your car. 
  • A retail clerk will deliver your order to your vehicle.

In-Person Order Window: How it works

  • Visit our retail store at 9 Custom House Wharf in Portland, Maine.
  • Please wear a face covering, and leave distance from others while waiting in line.
  • Place your order at our walk-up window. Please, no large or special orders. If you have any particular needs, you can call us to place your order. Unfortunately, we’re only accepting payment by card at this time.
  • Your order goes in line with other orders in the current time slot, so you may need to wait up to 30 minutes to receive your order. You may wait in your car or on foot.
  • A retail clerk will deliver your order to you curbside.
  • Last order of the day is taken 30 minutes before close.

Local Delivery: How it works

  • We will currently only deliver to the following local areas: Intown Portland, South Portland, Cape Elizabeth, Scarborough Falmouth, Cumberland, Westbrook.
  • There is a $50 order minimum, and a delivery charge will be added at checkout.
  • Visit our Online Store and place your items in the shopping cart.
  • Fill out your billing and shipping information in the checkout, and select Local Home Delivery as your shipping method. Your shipping address must be in our delivery area for Local Home Delivery to appear as an option.
  • Choose your delivery date and time slot from the available choices. Some days and/or time slots may be unavailable due to demand. 
  • Enter your credit card information. Click the Place Order button. 
  • You’ll receive an email receipt confirming your order. You’ll also receive an email when your order is packed for delivery.
  • Please place your order by 10am for same-day delivery (typically between 1p-5p).

FedEx Shipping: How it works

  • We will deliver via FedEx priority overnight to anywhere in the continental US.
  • Visit our Online Store and place your items in the shopping cart.
  • Fill out your billing and shipping information in the checkout, and your FedEx shipping cost (handling included) will appear with your shipping method options.
  • Choose your delivery date and time slot from the available choices. Priority overnight usually delivers by 10:30a the next day, but with COVID shipping demand, FedEx is not guaranteeing time of delivery.
  • Enter your credit card information. Click the Place Order button. 
  • You’ll receive an email receipt confirming your order. You’ll also receive an email containing tracking information when your order is shipped.
