Harbor Fish Remoulade

Great sauce for many seafood dishes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp ketchup
  • 2-3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp grated onion
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 1/2 tbsp dill pickles chopped
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • salt to taste
  • cayenne pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients and mix well. Keep refrigerated.
