Crispy Crab Rangoons

  • 8 oz crab meat
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 green onions finely sliced
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 20 wonton wrappers
  • oil for frying


  • Preheat 1 inch of oil to medium heat.
  • In a small bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, green onion, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Lay out a wonton wrapper. Place 2 teaspoons of the filling in the center. Dab the edges with water and fold the two opposite corners towards the center, then fold the remaining two corners to the middle. Make sure the wonton wrapper fully seals. Continue until all of your filling is used up.
  • To Fry: Drop the wontons into the hot oil for 2 minutes or until brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  • To Bake: Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Assemble wontons as above and spray each with cooking spray. Bake 12-14 minutes.
