Ingredients
- 4 8 ounce portions of Wester Ross salmon skin removed
 - salt and pepper to taste
 - 2 tbsp olive oil
 - 1/2 tsp paprika
 - 8 sprigs fresh thyme
 - 4 cloves garlic sliced
 
Instructions
- Heat broiler. Place salmon on a rimmed baking sheet.
 - Drizzle salmon with olive oil and season with salt, pepper and paprika.
 - Place thyme sprigs and sliced garlic on top of salmon.
 - Broil until salmon is opaque, 8-10 minutes
