Oyster - Taunton Bay

Grow Out Method - Farmed on the outskirts of Arcadia National Park, where the tides are large and strong.  The tides are so strong that is causes a near reversing fall, which tumbles the oyster with nutrient filled water twice each day. The oysters are grown in mesh bags suspended off the ocean floor.
Flavor & Appearance - Very clean uniform round shells with a deep cup.  The large amount of natural feed in the water makes for a very plump meaty oyster with an extra salty bite.
